RESIDENCE TAX IN MILAN

From 1 September 2012 in the City of Milan shall enter THE RESIDENCE TAX , tax approved by the City Council of Milan in June 2012.

All guests staying at a hotel in Milan two stars must pay an amount of 2.00 euros per person per night.

Children under 18 years of age are free.

The amount of tax NOT 'INCLUDED in the price of the room and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

For the moment we have no other details regarding any exemptions, will make them available as soon as the City will send them to us.
